ABOUT
Beaujolais Nouveau Day is a celebration on the third Thursday of November that marks the release of the year's first Beaujolais wines from France. The wine itself is a fruity, easy-to-drink red made from Gamay grapes, with a special production method that allows for an early release just weeks after the harvest.
DOMAINE BULLIAT, Boujolias Nouveau - 2025
Beaujolais, France - Gamay. Bright, light-bodied, and full of with lively cherry and raspberry, as well as hints of herby florality and anise on the finish.
Run by father and son Noël and Loïc Bulliat, Domaine Builliat comprises 8 different appellations within the Beaujolais region. The grapes are cultivated organically and a minimal intervention approach is employed both in and out of the vineyard.

Beaujolais, France - Gamay. Red cherries, raspberries, and wild strawberries, layered with hints of violets and soft spice.
