Made by Elodie Jaume, a young winemakers who for the past 8 years has made all the wines for her family's estate Domaine des Chanssaud, though as of 2023 has converted the entirety of the estate to 'Domaine Elodie Jaume' to solidify her own ideas and her own style.

Spicy, textured, fruity, yet very pure and soft with no oaked character (aged in concrete). A wine that consistently punches above its weight!
