The Trouble With Dreams

A dominant, characterful Chardonnay blend, this British limited edition sparkling wine created by winemaker Dermot Sugrue has developed a cult following over a short period of time.

The Trouble With Dreams is a 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir blend partly aged in oak barrels and with a crisp acidity – the latter being a signature trademark of Sugrue’s wines. With an intense and savoury richness balancing its biscuit, oatmeal and nutty complexities, the texture is smooth, creamy and enveloping – a true feast for the senses.
