Schödl Family - Safari

The wine shows a flowery nose with notes of grapefruit, apple and spiciness. The lower alcohol and the refreshing acidity makes this wine to a delight drinking partner.

The juice went through fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to keep the freshness and fruit notes. Muscat was fermented on the skins for 10 days to gain deep, and herbal aromatic, texture and tannins and is aged in big oak cask.
