Terracura's funky South African red hails from Swartland and is made with a Syrah driven blend of grapes. The wine rests in cellars from one to three years, resulting in a full-bodied character with prominent tannins and acidity on the palate. This pairs well with rich meat dishes, such as lamb chops.
