Outstanding Rosé from one of France’s cult producers, Clos Cibonne. a little different from your typical Provence Rosé. In the bottle, seems like it’s a white wine and in character it’s a little similar a white Rhône blend. Made from the little known Tibouren grape (90%) and 10% Grenache, the colour is pinky orange in the glass with quite a light nose. But on the palate there are great fruit flavours of peach and strawberry with a slight saltiness and waxy texture.
