Expert Tasting Notes
A perfect combination of pure cherry fruit and wild herbs, with some appealing earthy notes on the finish. The thin skins give light and supple tannins whilst a refreshing acidity helps to maintain balance. The almost ethereal nature of this wine is reminiscent of Pinot Noir, yet Rufete has its own distinct personality and charm.
